Services Provided
- The Marg Bar offers margarita mix sales and bartending services for events. Our services are available within the state of Alabama, with additional travel fees applicable for locations beyond 15 miles from Birmingham.
Ordering and Payment
- A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required at the time of booking to secure your event date. The remaining balance is due on the day of the event.
- Accepted payment methods include Cash App, Apple Pay, Online Link and Cash.
- Refunds and Cancellations: Orders can be canceled up to 72 hours before the event for a refund of the deposit. Cancellations made fewer than 72 hours before the event will forfeit the deposit. Changes to orders must be communicated at least 4 days before the event.
Delivery and Setup
- Delivery is free within a 15-mile radius of Birmingham. A fee of $0.35 per mile applies beyond this distance.
- The client is responsible for providing a safe and accessible setup area. The client must also supply coolers and ice for beverages other than those served by the bartender.
Client Responsibilities
- The client must ensure all guests are of legal drinking age and manage the conduct of all guests. The Marg Bar reserves the right to refuse service to anyone who appears intoxicated or underage.
- The client is responsible for complying with all local laws and regulations regarding alcohol service at their event.
Liability and Indemnification
- The Marg Bar is not liable for any injury, illness, or legal issues arising from alcohol consumption at the event. The client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless The Marg Bar from any claims or damages.
- Damages to The Marg Bar’s equipment caused by guests will be billed to the client.
Use of Website
- All content on our website, including text, graphics, and logos, is the property of The Marg Bar and is protected by copyright laws.
- Users must not use our website for any unlawful or prohibited activities. We respect user privacy and handle personal information according to our Privacy Policy.
Force Majeure
- The Marg Bar is not liable for any failure to perform due to circumstances beyond our control, including natural disasters, acts of war, or other unforeseen events.

Margarita Mix Orders
Cancellation and Refund Policy:
- 72-Hour Cancellation Window: Orders for margarita mixes can be canceled for a full refund if the cancellation is made at least 72 hours before the scheduled delivery or pickup time.

- Refund Processing: Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method.
Return Policy:
- Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns once the order has been delivered or picked up. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us immediately, and we will do our best to resolve it.
Bartending Services
Cancellation and Refund Policy:
- 72-Hour Cancellation Window: Cancellations for bartending services can be made up to 72 hours before the event for a full refund of the deposit.
- Late Cancellations: Cancellations made fewer than 72 hours before the event will result in forfeiture of the deposit.
- Modification of Services: Any changes to the bartending service details (such as event duration or location) must be communicated at least 72 hours in advance. We will accommodate changes based on availability and may adjust the final cost accordingly.
